Counseling Myth Number 3

MYTH: Men aren’t in touch with their feelings and will not benefit from counseling.

FACT: Both men and women can benefit from counseling. While it is true that women seek counseling more often than men, the amount of men seeking services has increased over the last 10 years, suggesting that men are becoming more open to counseling.

There is help out there. Trained therapists are ready to assist you through these issues. Contact The Therapy Center at DCCH and we will see you within a week!
