The Duncan Family Adoption

DCCH is proud to announce another adoption finalization. Bradley Allen joined the Duncan family with a big grin and joyous anticipation at the Kenton County Family Court Room. Ever since being placed in their foster home in August 2021, he has been awaiting this day.
In the fall of 2018, Gabe and Chasity had joined James and Pearl Duncan when their adoption was finalized. They were all excited to welcome Bradley. Other relatives and friends joined in the celebration as they planned a fun day of activities.
