Direct Child Care Staff

DCCH Center for Children and Families is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists for full-time positions in our Residential Treatment program.

The primary responsibility of this position is the therapeutic supervision of children with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. The children at DCCH have experienced trauma, and it takes a special person to provide their care. This position requires:

• Supporting children in crisis
• Providing therapeutic solutions to address challenging behaviors
• Facilitating positive outcomes with children who sometimes have difficulty connecting with others

Candidates must be compassionate and have strong relationship-building skills to support our trauma-informed approach. The position includes a full benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and an optional pension plan.

Schedule: Full-time Weekends — Friday 3-11, Saturday and Sunday 9-9, Monday 3-11
